Address Fulfillment Failures

In WowPay, all orders for which the warehouse rejected the shipment are listed in the Fulfillment Failures section, along with the corresponding error message. There are two types of fulfillment errors:

1. Fatal Shipping Error: This error occurs when WowPay requests information on the fulfillment, including the Tracking Number. The order is considered rejected by the warehouse due to various reasons, such as a missing or incorrect delivery address, the warehouse not shipping to the specified country, or the product being out of stock.

2.   Fatal Tracking Error: This error occurs when WowPay repeatedly asks the warehouse for information on the Tracking Number but does not receive a response. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the order is flagged with this error.

To view the fulfillment failures and address them, follow these steps:

  1. Log into WowPay.
  2. On the left side menu, navigate to Warehouse Management and click on "Fulfillment Failure."

From there, you will be able to see the list of orders that encountered fulfillment failures, along with the associated error messages. You can then take appropriate actions to address each fulfillment failure based on the specific error encountered.
