SKU Exception

The SKU Exceptions feature allows users to add products to the SKU Exceptions list. Here's how to access and utilize the SKU Exceptions section:

Locating the SKU Exceptions section:

  1. Log into WowPay and navigate to the left-side menu.
  2. Scroll down and click on "Warehouse Management."

  1. Then select "SKU Exceptions."

SKU Exceptions page overview:

On the SKU Exceptions page, you will find the following:

  1. The option to add a new SKU to the Exception List.

       A list of all SKUs that have been set as exceptions.

Adding a new product to the SKU Exceptions page:

To add a product to the SKU Exceptions list, follow these steps:

      Click on the "Add new Product SKU" field.

      Select the desired SKU from the drop-down menu.

      Click the "+ Add" button.

Related SKUs:

Users can configure backup SKUs that will be used if the primary SKU is out of stock. This is done on the Related SKUs page.

Adding a new product to the Related SKUs:

To add a new product to the Related SKUs, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "+ Add New Group" button.

  1. The "New Related SKU" tab will appear.

  1. In the "Main SKUs" field, select the SKU(s) that will be swapped with the related one by choosing the product from the drop-down menu and clicking the "+ Add New Main" button.

  1. In the "Related SKUs" field, select the SKU(s) that will replace the Main SKUs by choosing the product from the drop-down menu and clicking the "+ Add New Related" button.

5. Click the "+ Add To Group" button.

6. Once the SKUs have been added, click on the "Save" button.

The items will now be included in the Related SKUs list on the page.

Activating the rule:

       Click on the "Is Active" toggle to activate the new rule and enable its functionality.
